clothes for court

My brother was locked up in this jail, he had to write a letter to the sheriff asking if he could get some clothes for court. So he did and he put me on it, saying I was going to bring hims some court clothes. I had to do this the day before court. I tried to bring them earlier, but they said only 24 hours prior to his case being heard.

Anybody have a clue how somebody can send someone some clothes when they are locked up in this jail??
